I’ve tried a few Florence products at this point, and they’ve all felt really gentle on my skin. The ingredients seem good, there’s no strong weird scent, and my face hasn’t reacted badly or anything. Compared to some other stuff I’ve used, it feels more... I don’t know, just easier on my skin. I’m happy with it.

I liked this more than I expected. The foundation feels really light on my skin and blends in easily. Nice. The mascara held up for most of the day too, which was a win. Not perfect, but overall? Solid. I’d buy it again.

I really wanted to feel good about buying Florence by Mills, especially since they talk a lot about being vegan and cruelty-free. But after looking through the site, I still felt unsure. The wording sounds nice, but I couldn’t find the kind of clear details or proof I was looking for. Now I’m sitting here feeling like I probably should’ve checked more before ordering. For a brand that makes this such a big part of their image, it really shouldn’t be this hard to verify. Disappointed...

That said, I always trust my instinct with skincare, and this just didn’t feel like anything special for me. It’s fine if you want something simple and gentle, but I didn’t notice a big enough difference to call it a must-buy. 3 stars.

I went in hoping to grab a few things I needed, but sure enough, they were sold out again. it kind of confirmed what I already thought about this place, whenever I actually need something, it’s never in stock

I ordered from florence by mills because the packaging looked really cute and fun, that’s what got me browsing in the first place. The website was easy to use, and I didn’t have any real issues placing my order.
That said, once I looked through everything more — the products, shades, overall vibe, it felt like it was aimed more at younger teens. I’m in my 20s, and a lot of it just felt a little too youthful for my taste.
It’s not bad at all — just not really for me. I could see it being a much better fit for someone younger who likes playful packaging and softer, fun colors.

My order got here in about 3 days, which surprised me because I’m so used to shipping taking forever, and I really hate waiting around for packages. The tracking was easy to follow too, which was nice because bad tracking is so annoying, seriously so annoying. No real issues with the order at all, just wish every delivery was this quick so I didn’t have to keep stressing about where my stuff is

It arrived when it said it would, so no complaints there. The box looked fine too, at least from what I could tell, maybe I’m being too picky even thinking about it, but everything seemed okay

I really like the idea of these, but the packaging was disappointing. The boxes looked kind of cheap, and the pump felt flimsy right away (not exactly what you want to notice first). Mine also showed up with scuff marks, which made it feel even less worth the price. For what they’re charging, I expected the packaging to be a lot nicer...

I was dissapointed. The products were way smaller than I expected, and for the price I paid it just felt like a bit of a rip off. I don’t think I’d buy this again...

The site looks cute enough, and browsing isn’t impossible, but it gets annoyingly slow on my phone. I don’t get why they made basic product info take so many clicks to find. That’s on them. It’s not the worst site ever, but it really should be a lot smoother.

I really wanted this to work, but after using it a couple times my face got red and itchy. Not sure if it was one ingredient or just my skin being picky, but it definitely didn’t agree with me. Probably not the best choice if your skin is sensitive.

I decided to order the face wash and moisturizer because my skin had been kind of acting up for a while, especially around my chin where I kept getting those small annoying breakouts. I’ve been using them for a couple of weeks now, and while it’s not like some overnight miracle or anything dramatic, I have definitely noticed that I’m not breaking out as much as I was before. My skin just seems a little more settled overall, which is what I was hoping for. The shipping was perfectly fine too, no issues there. Simple experience all around, but the products seem to be working for me so far

I picked up a moisturizer from florencebymills.com because my skin had been feeling extra dry, and I was hoping it would be an easy everyday fix. First impression was nice enough, the packaging is cute, and it felt light going on.

For me, though, the hydration just didn’t last. My face felt okay for maybe 10 minutes, then it went right back to feeling tight and dry. I ended up layering another cream on top, which kind of made this one feel pointless for my routine.
I could see it maybe working better for someone with normal or slightly oily skin who just wants something lightweight, but if your skin is genuinely dry or flaky like mine, I wouldn’t count on it. For the price, I expected more moisture, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again

There've been too many weird claims and not enough clear answers. I just don't feel confident buying from them again

The shade match was spot on, which made it super easy to use without having to blend a bunch or worry about it looking off. It saved me time and looked natural.
